Who are we?
The ARCR Administration is an organization serving
all types of foreign residents in Costa Rica, as well
as people living abroad wishing to become residents
of Costa Rica.
What do we do?
- Advocate for members before the Costa Rican government
in matters of legal and human rights.
- Inform interested persons about procedures for
becoming legal residents and to assist and advise
them during
the process.
- Organize social activities for members.
- Promote member participation in Costa Rican society
and culture.
