More Big Players Invest in Costa Rica

Costa Rica’s Central bank recently announced that foreign investment will top one billion dollars this year.

Wendy’s, Baskin Robbins 31, Dunkin Donuts and Cinnabon will open branches in Costa Rica within a year. Global Financial Group will build a 215 room Hyatt Regency Hotel at Brasil Beach in Guanacaste. Hyatt operates 216 hotels in 44 countries.

The Calvin Klein Group will open a store in the Multiplaza Mall within a month. They plan to open more stores here in coming years. The James Monroe Capital Corporation will build a multi-million dollar time-share resort in Guanacaste.
