I have gotten proper timely shots filled out by vet. Sent overnight to usda for approval with pre paid fed x overnight to me. The Costa Rica Embassy regulations regarding pets say you do not need this form to be notorized or approved by costa rica consulate. Every website or blog I go to says something different. Every vet says something different. I get my form back on Friday from Sacramento and leave for Costa Rica on Nov. 30 2008. What is the rule. I have even had a private pet transporter tell me that I do not need to get costa rica consulate approval but this site and others say I do. Please I am going nuts trying to get an answer to this.
