If you have a serious interest or have definitely already decided to invest in Costa Rica real estate, go ahead and do it! Costa Rica is a remarkably beautiful country. The beaches and mountains would be hard to duplicate anywhere in the world. I really love it here.

My name is Rudy Matthews, I have a home in Heredia which is just north of the capital city of San José. Thanks to successful real estate investing in the United States I am able live here in Costa Rica.

After dealing with a variety of lawyers, construction companies and banks in Costa Rica I am on a mission to inform and advise anyone thinking of , or in the process of buying Costa Rican real estate.

You may have heard of a horror story or two about Costa Rica real estate and some people who have been taken advantage of. There is no need to dwell on the negative. Instead you should become an educated, well-informed person who learns how to make intelligent decisions before and during a real estate transaction.
