Learn Spanish in Costa Rica with through an intensive Spanish program at Costa Rica’s most prestigious Spanish language school. Founded in 1975, this institute is dedicated to teaching Spanish as a foreign language. It offers two ideal locations, six acre in the mountains of Santa Ana, and an in-town school on the western end of the capital, San Jose.

Their methodology for teaching Spanish involves the forming of homogeneous groups where language learning background, age and aptitude are taken into consideration. Our groups are small, with a maximum of four students per instructor. They offer Intensive Spanish (4 hours per day) and Super-Intensive Spanish (5 & 1/2 hours per day) classes.Their instructors are skilled in blending Spanish conversation and grammar to meet the individual language needs of the group members.

Their students range from U.S. university and college students seeking Spanish college credit to corporate executives, and from high school students to retirees. Regardless of your language and professional background, through their initial testing process, they will place you in a small group where you will be able to make good progress. They regard Spanish as a tool for facilitating communication with others rather than a dry academic exercise.

Their Spanish programs are accredited by more than 150 universities and colleges in the United States by the College Consortium fro International Studies (C.C.I.S.). Spanish courses offered range from Elementary Spanish to Latin American Literature.
